Kati 2002-2008

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

kati.jpg We had our dog Kati put down on Monday. She was sick and was going to get sicker. We could have drawn it out for a few months, but we felt like that would be all about us and not best for our dog. It was the most humane thing that we could do. I took her to the vet and was with her until she was gone. She trusted me through her last moments. She always trusted me. Taking her in was one of the hardest things I have ever done. However, I thought I’d update that list a bit and write a little about what I’m looking forward to in 2008.

Job Training

Wednesday, January 9th, 2008

So I got the call to come to the training days for the job that I interviewed for in Madrid. This doesn’t necessarily mean that I have a job or that the income that I’ll earn will be enough. But it’s news!

I’ll be in Madrid between 16-18 January. More information in the coming days.

Sunday, January 6th, 2008

brianheasleybw.jpgFriend Brian is writing some interesting stuff he’s entitled “Worship Invisible Dreams“. Commentary about traditional worship services, congregational life and small communities that will surely lead to more comments on his blog. I encourage you to go check it (and him) out.

And if you wanna come to Spain and serve Jesus in a significant place with wonderful people, consider Ibiza.
